Now y'all know how us TF fans felt when we saw the movies  Especially ROTF...It had so much promise from the first teaser trailer then the movie just went all down hill. At leasr the ride itself is going to be really good. and I'm looking forward to it.

I wouldn't call HRRR a mistake..it's just ugly. I get why y'all hate it though...I won't ride it again but it is a pretty popular coaster and at the time management thought it was a good idea. Kinda like how the DCA Little Mermaid ride got fast tracked for MK. I still say give Universal more time to finish it. Just when everyone thinks they know what ths building will be they go in an entirely different direction. I'm just happy it won't be a fully wrapped building.

I meant more like it's a show building like most of what's around. The eyesore is, after all an outdoor coaster more than it is a show building.

ROTF was literally made so one small detail in DOTM would make sense, like the movie itself amounts nothing to the quality of the series.

Being a sequel doesn't help its position either

So was the budget cut? Surprising considering how much money Comcast is willing to dump into the parks (which is a great thing, keep dumping it!).

shopkick is an app that you earn points going into certain stores and/scanning certain items. Those points then can be cashed in for actual gift cards to stores that are in their program. My brother has gotten a few hundred dollars worth of Target gift cards with this app, it also helps that he has no life and can run into these stores all day every day and scan items

A bar code now? Did April Fool's come early this year?

I'm not sure why I'm even still following this thing's progress. It's like a train wreck. I can't look away from the pure horror unfolding before my very eyes.

I tried Google Goggles and QR Reader and neither was able to get anything. Maybe if I try in park it might work, or then again, this could have no meaning or purpose other than to add theming :P

Can someone please explain to me how a barcode fits this "theme"?. I loved your circuit board idea. I'd be down for that. A really high tech looking warehouse would be fine with me. But when has anyone, or will anyone, see a barcode slapped on the side of a warehouse like that? Did they they think the barcode on the bottom of the giant sticker letter sheet they bought at AC Moore was a bonus sticker to use? :bonk:

Based on the fact that the NYC area is still ocasionally used for production (a commercial most recently), is there still a chance that we get a themed facade just on the side facing NY? Sure it costs more, but it won't deter productions from filming there which could offset the added cost in time.

Nope I like it too, even though on a couple of rides I got squashed to an inch of my life by the restraint and another time I broke my little toe getting out of the RV :embarassed:

I know... weird choice, but I guess it could be interpreted as something for the Transformers to "get," and not us measly humans...

Good point. Maybe that side will look more warehouse-y and have less adornment  Though they can always substitute or add something over top of it in post-production.
