Alright, a little birdie has informed me this is an 18 month project with a scheduled opening of November 2013. Other things are also in the works as well but the 18 month turn on this is solid info.

Sounds about right. The "June 2013" date always seemed like a reach/best possible outcome.

The fact that we went from no info or little to no info about ANYTHING maybe just 2 weeks ago to a monsoon of information and speculation.

When it rains, its pours, and it might be pouring down with aliens and wizards soon. :thumbs:

If this was the 'year to be here', this is easily becoming the 'Decade to Remember' for Universal.

If this was the 'year to be here', this is easily becoming the 'Decade to Remember' for Universal.

I think it had to do more with the "salt" than the "when it rains it pours".

As in, take info with a grain of salt. Or in this case, a lot of salt.

So based on Disneyhead's riddle, it sounds like it will be Kong afterall. Isn't Kong just part of the tram tour at Universal Hollywood? It's basically a train ride with 3D screens surrounding it correct?

I think it's a great idea to bring Kong back to USF, it was a big part of the park when it opened, and it was one of their best attractions. I am STILL surprised that Universal replaced it with the Mummy...
