Has this become the standard line when a company begs them to take something down? His other option might have been to say he was suffering from "exhaustion".

It's not that there outdated it's just when he reports rumors that really arn't accurate and I only take it for a grain of salt but I will say the news he does report is very informative!!!

I too enjoy screamscape's rumors. His latest venture into the world of public conjecture without any understanding is asking for problems. Take it or leave it should be his news and rumor.

Must say that I was walking through the area the other day and the pace at which they are working at is phenomenal. Definitely something to behold. Walked past that building for such a long time and have been hoping they would finally do something with it. Glad to see they are finally doing just that. Hoping it is Transformers as I would love nothing more than to see such a huge ride in USF to help drive some visitors in that direction.
