Transformers: The Ride - Summer 2013

Really interested to see how this building interacts with the area around it. I have an eerie feeling that it will feel out of place.

I'll also say I like how the entrance to Transformers goes right into that street next to the lagoon. That will definitely spruce that area up!

I think once it's themed, it will fill that space quite well and will improve the curve appeal tenfold to what it was with that dead Soundstage 44 just sitting there, dragging down that area. Especially from the NY side, I think this will look great! :thumbs: Plus, I have great confidence in Uni Creative and also Nassal :wave:

I Can not wait for this project! I So Excited. I love Universal and this will help!! I don't think people understand the significance it will do for that general area.

Isn't it kind of funny how the walls for this building are gray whereas the color of the Gringott's building is tan?

I don't mean to veer too much off topic here, but to those who have ridden both Spider-Man (HD) and Transformers: how do they compare, which do you prefer?

I haven't ridden the HD version of Spider-Man, so I can't say which is better in their current iterations. I will say that during the first scene, they seem similar... But after that Transformers gets WILD and fast (yes I realize we aren't really going faster, hut it really does feel faster). I could never tell where I was in the building in TF and the outdoor scenes really do have a grandiose, expansive sense to them.

Btw, Skip noticed it this morning, but the Orlando permit folks are confused about how Project 007 (Monsters Cafe) is related to Project 609 (Transformers.):goofy:
