In the context of USH, I agree it's not THAT bad. But considering the level they're trying to push USF too, it's THAT bad

I haven't asked hatetofly, so I'm just guessing here but I bet they split the difference between Singapore and Hollywood. We get this marquee.

With a Megatron Statue on the 4 pegs. But a rather soundstage looking building.

Well, I'm someone who doesn't think Hollywood's is all THAT bad. So...perspective.

I feel like if they are going to go for a soundstage look they should atleast theme the NY side to fit in with the surroundings. Thats all I ask : )

I always expected the New York side with New York Facade, the lagoon side with a NEST facade, and a Production Central side with a Soundstage look. But that's just me.

Let me clarify, a source came to me with this info a few days ago. The source actually said it would look good and actually gave another attractions exterior styling as an example. Problem is my expectations are the same as DH's, very high. While I'm sure it may be great overall, I'm being very skeptical until I "see" proof vs reading a description. That make sense?

I always expected the New York side with New York Facade, the lagoon side with a NEST facade, and a Production Central side with a Soundstage look. But that's just me.

That is pretty much what I had been hoping for as well.

That sounds pretty good to me, at least overall it won't just be a generic bland building on all 4 sides :thumbs:

Just remembered this. When I was shooting Transformers pics during my last outing I was asked by a supervisor not to take any pictures of the construction area. :doh:

Of course it does, you wouldn't want pictures taken of their top secret, building, that is so well hidden (out in the open) in the centre of the park.

Those posts don't look like they are strong enough to hold cutouts. They are on two sides too. :thumbs: From what I saw,earlier they were building a deck around the side facing Delancey street. From what I,was told earlier by a,supervisor on the site"expect the building to blend in to New York and look like it's been there since the park opened. I'm not worried...this isn't being run by TDO...so,we'll get a good facade. Can anyone think of any old theatre buildings in New York that Uni would be replicating?The only one that came to mind when I saw the building was Radio City. ...but I could be way off
