A bit screen-heavy but overall a great ride. I like the beginning more than the rest. Universal Beijing is looking like a great park overall.

It seems like the tree in the Kung Fu Panda Land is the center of an impromptu projection show.
Yep. Projection show:

Hot take: Gut River Adventure and put this in IOA. It’s different enough to be in the same park as Spider-Man and we still have Toon Lagoon for water rides.

From photos, we know that there is more to the Kung Fu Panda ride, but I wonder how closely it lines up to the Spongebob plans so far. Good question for @Alicia.

EDIT: Side note, the mapping of leaves swaying on the bamboo is very clever.

Problem is they have 2 rides at Orlando that have the same ride system. Sure this is certainly a "new" Implementation but doing a Gyrophere ride system would be awesome. Create a new ride system instead of recycling the same thing,

Who cares? They're different rides. There's three different launch coasters at IOA alone but no one cares because all provide different experiences.

Perhaps the most important video I've found...

Footage of the Cowfish interior at 1:55!

EDIT: By the way, would anyone here know if the website Xiaohongshu has any search functionality?

Gonna be honest here: Looks pretty underwhelming. It's all screens.

I feel like they would've been better off just to clone Dream Works Theater but in the format of that area.

Well, there are like 20 animatronics in the beginning scenes, and the video obviously cuts pretty drastically in spots.

Jurassic Park River Adventure/Jurassic World the Ride is the best spillwater flume ride in the world. Getting rid of it would be heresy.

The better option (which also won't happen) is knocking down Dudley and expanding JP that way.

The physical show scenes on KFP look very nice. Hopefully there's much more than the video shows, because after those early scenes, it looks like the Mosasaurus tunnel from Hollywood with a bit of Shanghai Pirates.

Really hoping this is still in the EU plans. Feels like it would make sense to make duplicates of everything for cheaper.

EDIT: Kung Fu Panda looks like a solid C/D ticket to me.

Huh? River Adventure is easily the worst ride at IOA in my opinion. Would rather ride anything else there. And we already have two other water rides in the park. Tear JPRA down, replace it with this and a new dinosaur walkthrough area.

I agree. Only a crazy person would think we should knock down Dudley's and Lost Continent, but nevertheless, we are all entitled to our opinions.

I don't think they *should* knock down Dudley. But in this game of choosing things that are never gonna happen anyway, I'd trade Dudley in a heartbeat over JPRA.

(Lost Continent is a garbage heap that should be knocked down at the earliest possible convenience tho)

Everyone’s hyping over the Indo animatronic chasing the ride vehicle and the battle at the end, rightfully, and I’m over here just loving the little detail of the Ankylosaurus’ tail thumping the vehicle away.

Huh, it seems like the clamoring for the Gyroscope ride has suddenly stopped, funny how that works...

Anyways, looking at the POV of the Jurassic World ride, it looks good! In ways it's like a JW variant of Dinosaur, with some obvious advantages they're using with the Scoop, like it's ability to spin 360 and essentially move backwards which is key for that Indo scene which is pretty bad ass. It's like they took the concept of moving AA's along with the RV a la' Radiator Springs Racers and put it on a much larger scale.

I'd definitely would love to ride it sometime, though if it's cloned to the states I wouldn't mind if it add some sort of quick lil good-bye scene since the ride ends abruptly after the Indo's dead.
