Well maybe there could be a different effect depending on the number of "spellcasters" it senses. Like it would be a stronger spell so the effect would be slightly more dramatic.

Thats a good point, and could definitely work and be cool.

Huh that sounds really.... AMAZING!!!! Haha now that would make a lot of money but my only concern is, what would happen if multiple wizards started to try and activate something and it short circuited XD There would only be a certain number of interactive elements and I'm sure 1 to many people will try and activate it at the same time and it won't work.

But, (hear me out on this, I haven't read the books and I don't remember anything like this in the movies) if in the self guided tour through the forest, they could have some kind of magical thing that with a flick of the interactive wand could activate it, and it would be able to tell you about the creature in the fenced area. That would be neat.

Well you've got to remember Magiquest is a REAL thing in real life. It's almost like a mini theme park itself.

http://magiquest.com/

That's the official website. (I know, geek city here I come xD). Universal would be doing it with that technology...

And that's a very interesting proposal... Perhaps we could have the explanation of a Sonoarous charm (forgive my spelling HP fans, and to explain to damond, that's a spell that makes your voice sounds like a microphone all over the stadium at things like Quidditch) or something to that effect on the place. Someone is "guiding" your tour from the entrance/exit, so your never in any danger...

Those are both great ideas, and I had a feeling nothing was like that in the book( or they could use the Jamaican head that was on the bus? I really don't think that would work though.) and for people who don't have a wand, they can read a little plaque that is on the fence XD that would make people want to buy the wand though so yeah it kind of works

The shrunken heads might work as well since they were also in the Three Broomsticks, maybe if they have a sensor to activate it when people walk past, since I think people would be annoyed if Uni made them buy a wand to hear it.

That wouldn't make any cannon sense lol... Nice effort though, that head wasn't even in the books, it was an afterthought in the movie (it worked in that case though...)...

Yes but how would the head end up in the Forbidden Forest?

Personally, a guided tour sounds better to me. But I think we can find a way to say "We'll be at the exit, just wave your wand and we'll tell you about the animal your near" and that would work as well...

Sorry if I haven't been making as much sense as I might, I'm extremely tired, so I bid you all good night lol... And might I add I love your signature TSSD :) lol...

Yeah sure people would get upset, but would that alone make or break people not coming to the park again? Probably not. And plus, a sensor wouldn't really work because people would constantly be moving by so the machine thing would constantly be talking. And also, the only reason I don't think the heads would look right is because they don't really fit in the forest (besides I dint think JK would allow it).

Simple, Hagrid put them there so people could lean about the animals. It could even be his voice. Personally, I would prefer speakers more than that, and I would prefer guides even more, maybe even just have them standing by the animals.

Oh, Jo definitely wouldn't approve, personally, I would prefer the OOTP speakers, I was just replying to what you said. Also, you could possibly have a button or something for people to press, but I still think guides would work best.

I also think guides would be great, but then you are faced with quite a few problems. There would need to be a time schedule which would start making even more ridiculeslly long lines, and you would need to pay for more employees ( cost efficiently speaking), and there would only be a certain amount of time at each exhibit (I mean this would be for everyone to enjoy and kids love to take their time and look and point at animals.). I was thinking there could be like some benches and stuff and stop point for people to sit for a little. Maybe a guided tour would be neat, but it would be in sections so the guide would lead them to an open area with a large group of fences around it with the animals. The guide will stop and let people ask them questions about any of the species in that area. That way the flow of traffic would be equal and the area won't get clogged up.

I was thinking more having guides stationed at each animal, or maybe in an area near a lot of the animals, to answer questions, that would solve a lot of the time scheduling problems.

If there's a large area not blocking the animals designated for them, it should work fine.

Yeah but the way I see the design would be a trail, with the occasional rogue animal, then a large circular area with animals all around it. That would be a stopping point for people to observe. But through out the day, people would just start to lolly gag through that area (because I would hope there would be like some benches and stuff, maybe a merchant cart here and there) and because it would all be a pretty shaded area so people would take their time leaving, and that would block up the flow eventually. With a tour though, it would be madetory for them to keep going.

True, you have a point, thats a good idea, it combines the tour taking them through the animals, as well as an area for people to just observe the animals. Personally, I think there should be at least one person in that final area to answer questions though.

Yeah that's what I said haha. So basically the tours would start with a group of people and 2 tour guides The guides will lead rehire group through the trail and tell a little bit of history about the forest (if JK wrote about it or would allow a new version) or history on something else and when they get to the open circle area, they will break apart and one guide will stand at the entrance or the circle, and the other at the end. Both can answer questions about the animals in the area and other questions about the Harry potter world. This will go on through about 3 areas. In each circle could be some merchant stand that sell items like drink (maybe even some butterbeer) and snacks. There would also be some benches for people to sit on while the kids explore.

^ Ah, ok, I didn't realize you still had the tour guides at the end, sorry:lol:. I thought you were saying they would lead people through the trail, stay at each animal for a minute or two, and then at the end there would be one large circle where people could stay as long as they wanted with the benches, stands, etc. Personally, I like that a little better. Also, theres no currently published history on the FF, besides everything that happened in the books. Also, if you ever want any info on history of HP things, etc, the HP wiki is a pretty good site, it has everything on history in the HP world that has ever been released by JK, just remember that there are spoilers .

Cool thanks. But a big circle at the end would sound nice. I mean their can't be at many creatures we could use. I was thinking:
-dragons that breathed real fire
-unicorns (could just be a real horse with a stick out of it's head)
-centaur clan
-hagrids half brother or whatever (the giant guy) could be at the end
-hypogryph
-darker area (prefrebly a dark cave or something with webs on it) with spiders around it (I would have said that giant spider that was hagrids friend, but some people would be like "how would you explain agrigor being in 2 places at once???" >_<)
-phoenix
-pixies
-the giant weeping willow (idk if that would be geographically correct though)
-maybe some dementors but i don't know if JK would allow it
-a lake with some mermaids (again I don't think it would be geographically correct)

And that's all I can think of

Okay, you had me until the whole "horse with a stick in its head" and "Dragons breating real fire" thing:lol:.
I was thinking everything would be animatronics.
The Whomping Willow would be cool, maybe just from a distance though, to keep it geographicaly correct.
The centaurs wouldn't want to be considered animals, maybe if you just pass them when you're going through the forest it could work though.
The merpeople are too deep in the lake for you to see, although passing the lake, or again seeing it from a distance, would be cool. Dragons breathing real fire wouldnt work. It would just be too dangerous. Dragons would be cool though.
Also, sorry, but I'm a super HP nerd, so I had to correct your spelling. I'll put together a list of magical creatures that you could potentially see in the real Forbidden Forrest.

--- Update ---

Okay, heres a short list of Forbidden Forrest inhabitants from the HP wiki.
-An Acromantula colony, once led by Aragog
-A colony of Centaurs, including Bane, Magorian, Ronan, and Firenze
-Herds of Unicorns, Hippogriffs and Thestrals
-Grawp, an undersized Giant and Rubeus Hagrid's half-brother, who was moved by Albus Dumbledore to a cave in the mountains surrounding Hogwarts
-Fluffy, a massive, three-headed dog who was released into the forest after serving as one of the guards to the Philosopher's Stone during the 1991–1992 school year[1]
-Blood-Sucking Bugbears
-Bowtruckles
-A Blast-Ended Skrewt who survived the third task of the Triwizard Tournament was also released into the Forest
-It is also rumoured that many other types of creatures reside there including werewolves, trolls, and a few giants, though of the last, Grawp is the only known example.
-Although not technically a "creature," an enchanted and somewhat sentient Ford Anglia, once belonging to Arthur Weasley, took up residence in the forest after crashing into the Whomping Willow in 1992
Remember, this is just a short list, many more creatures live, and could live in the forest. Also, at the time the WW takes place in, Aragog still leads the acromantulas, so they could be friendly.

Oh no it's fine haha I'm typing on my iPad so it feels really different not actually feeling the keys anymore. But I agree for the dragon, I was thinking the same thing but I wasn't sure if anyone else might think up something that would work. And cool I can't wait to see the list. You know, this is actually a really plausible thing that universal could do. I think I might try and pitch it to them some how. I know ere just has to be a way to do it.

--- Update ---

Oh wow that list sounds pretty good!

Okay, I've been thinking, and heres my idea to put all the ideas together. You enter the Forbidden Forest and meet your two tour guides, Hogwarts students getting extra credit for their Care of Magical Creatures Class by leading tours. While you walk through the forest, they give a little history on the Forbidden Forest and Hogwarts, give an intro to the animals you'll see, and point out the Whomping Willow and Black Lake you'll see in the distance from the trail. You then meet the Hippogriff. At each animal, the guide will give some basic info, as well as answer questions. All in all you'll spend a few minutes at each creature. For the Hippogriff, you'll have to bow in order to move on with the tour. You then continue to walk along the trail and see Unicorns, bowtruckles, Fluffy, etc. You also meet a herd of centaurs, who you are able to ask questions to, a la Turtle Talk. You also hear a car honking, revealed later to be the flying Ford Anglia, whose car door opens and shut to look like waving. You then move into the more dangerous section. Animals there include Dragons, and the acromantulas, who you are again able to ask questions to, since Hagrid is so friendly with him, and Thestrals. The Thestrals could be taken one of two ways. Either A) you just see an empty field, and they explain that no one can see thestrals unless they have seen death. If people on the tour claim they've seen someone die, the guides could say they must have escaped again, and that they didnt notice since they themselves can see thestrals or B) use animatronics and explain a reason why people could see them. You also see Blast ended Skrewts, locked up tightly in a cage of course. At the end you enter a huge circle with an example of many of the creatures (excluding the centaurs, acromantulas, Fluffy). There would also be carts selling Butterbeer, Pumpkin Juice, etc, and benches for people to sit on. When a tour ends, the guides stay there to enter questions, and leave to go back to lead another tour when the next group returns.

Uuuh yeah basically that's everything, but the circle at the end needs to have another short trail because it all needs to go in a semi circle so that way people will leave at a different area. And instead of wizard students trying to get extra credit, it could just be an extended tour of hogwarts (since that's what forbidden journey was supposed to be.). That way, you could have people of all ages doing the tour, because if they're all students from hogwarts, that means everyone on the tour is going to have to be pretty young, otherwise it would just look weird having a tour guide who is clearly in their fifties XD. But everything else sounds great.
