I definitely wouldn't mind an JP Expansion. Marvel ain't happening though.

and to add new rides in places there there currently is nothing, and not to replace something that's already there, and decent.

Problem is, there is only one spot to add something new, and that's the land on the other side of the JPRA building.

You're right about this, Marvel has no land to add to.

There's also the space behind One Fish, Two Fish, and we might as well count the Toon Lagoon theater since it does nothing most of the year anyway. That's space for three new attractions.

Not a matter of land, but a matter of rights.

That area behind One Fish, although it has the room, isn't going anywhere. It's too much in the heart of the backstage area to be giving up space for. As far as Toon Lagoon Theater, that still counts as replacing something... But I don't see it going anywhere either since that's the only theater style building in IoA.

They used to use that space for Grinchmas though. And there's the Sindbad theater.

Grinchmas is not an attraction though. It only takes up minimal space.

Sindbad theater is in use, and again, would be replacing something, but that's going bye-bye soon.

Sindbad also is not a stage, it is a set.

I would rather have another ride to be added too Jurassic Park and maybe toon lagoon. And in my dreams Marvel island to be changed to Gotham with DC themes and then finally an expansion for WWOHP.

My biggest fear of this expansion is what will happen to Mythos if the Lost Continent is no more.

If they take over LC, I say keep Mythos and the Mystic Fountain and have a mini-homage island. Both are original and very good.

That could work. Keep it as kind of a transition land.

Doesn't Six Flags have the DC rights? And I'd much rather see Marvel stay as is, if that's possible.

I'm sure Disney loves keeping Universal on their toes about Marvel. I doubt they would make them retheme the island.

Disney should just buy out Universal and get it over with. LoL. I'm sure we've all thought that before. It's hard to compete with a Behemoth of a franchise like Disney. But of course, I'm drinking lots of bubbly caramel drinks tonight with caffeine so my mind is loopy anyways. As for Harry Potter, I'm all for expansion. This portion, though true to it's storybook nature and the films, is narrow, tiny and awkward to maneuver with 20,000 tourists a day flowing in. Seems like they need an outlet to put all the people and families. This is a good thing though, especially for Universal. HP has in a sense rejuvenated the Universal Orlando theme park industry, and that makes all of us locals very happy indeed.

Disney buying Universal would be more trouble for Disney than it'd be worth. They'd need to deal with transportation from their resort out there, dealing with branding issues, etc.

Meaning it ain't ever gonna happen. Comcast is going to buy the parks.

Universal has exclusive theme park rights for Marevel East of the Mississippi. So no worries on that front. On the other coast...eh

Don't be ridiculous. That would never happen! Mickey would be dressed up as Hagrid, Goofy would be in the wizard costume!
