Though it will never happen, I still strongly stand by my former ~230 acre park which now grew to 302 acre dream fourth park.

My Dream 4th Park
Universal Worlds-302 acres
Theme Park

Story: A destination of discovery, travel, wonderment, and immersion of culture. This park also houses 5 in park hotels. Entire park is about exploration.

Entrance- 4 acres: A bazaar with actual street peddlers, performers, and markets. Smell of shwarma, kebabs, etc. Should be entirely immersive as if you literally are in a real bazaar unlike port of entry IOA. This market should lead up to the hub surrounding by trees which opens up and you see...

Hub-6 acres: A one of a kind castle with cave slides, secret passages ways, a boat ride, and amazing restaurants not tied to any IP at all. Should possess elements of many different styles and be essentially universal. Essentially should be a fun house, a museum, a playground and a place just to relax and kick back. This should be an upward build where it houses a lot of different surprises.

8 overall Lands with subsections that should flow:
__________________________________________________________________________________
East Asian Valley 40 acres: (you go through a bamboo forest and japanese gardens to arrive a Four section land)

10 acres: Valley of Peace is mostly dedicated to Kung Fu Panda and China. Enjoy martial arts demonstrations, ping pong playgrounds, Kung Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer show and Po and friends in two attractions (One E one D). Chinese food served here.

6 acres: Traditional Village is dedicated to Kubo, Avatar the Last Airbender (show), and traditional Japanese life. Enter a japanese market place, experience geishas and samuris. Enjoy tea ceremonies and sushi. Learn your element and bend earth air wind or fire in the interactive Airbender exhibit and ride dark ride based on Kubo.

12 acre : Pokemon Battle Resort with hotel, safari zone, Pokemon snap ride

12 acres: Adventure City is dedicated to Pacific Rim, Godzilla, Anime and the rest of East Asia (will serve cold noodles and Korean BBQ).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Europa-37 Acres (you cross a stone bridge and the black forest to arrive in a 5 section area) Hotel in this area

7 acres: Berk. This is prety self explanatory. All you need to do is also add in vikings and things of that nature. How to Train your dragon Show, Dragon ride, Vikings boat ride.
6 acres: Far Far Away and the Black forest. Since many of the fairy tales used in Shrek are based off Grimm it would be nice to create Far Far Awawy with a black forest outdoor/indoor coaster.
10 acres: Rivendell and land of LOTR. This seems to be so popular you can't have a future park with these.
10 acres: Universal Monsters Translyvania. This is the bread and butter of Europa. This is where you have a Van Helsing ride, exploring the castles which is permanent haunt.
4 acres: Aardman Animation's Scotland (Wallace and Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Chicken Run). Mainly to appeal to the English and provide them an area in a theme they don't have anywhere else in the world.
_________________________________________________________
The Neighborhood-32 acres (walk down a tree lined street straight into 1950s style surburbia with a town square reminiscent to the one in Back to the Future)....you have old school ice cream trucks driving down roads, the smell of dinner in the area and at night the street lights come on and the house lights come on with scenes being played through the windows like families eating etc. Rather than break this down into areas these IPs would work well using the neighborhood as part of the facades...the list of IPs include: Despicable me House walk through and ride, Gremlins (which actually uses the same set as back to the future) interactive show, Goonies cave playground, Secret life of Pets meet and greet, Home ride, Back to the future new ride, Captain Underpants ride, Paranorman experiece, Coraline attraction, and Over the Hedge show.

10 Acre: Holiday World (Rise of the Guardians and ChristmasTown present) Also area for kid friendly HHN.
Hotel in this area
____________________________________________________________________________
Exotic Isles-35 acres...This is broken down into three sections, India, Africa, and Australia.

10 acres India: Sing based Bollywood show, Bollywood dancers and a Sinbad attraction
20 Acres Africa: Madagascar attractions and dance party. stage production of Out of Africa and African Dancers to set the mood and traditional foods and 10 Acre Harry Potter Hotel based off the Uagandou school of wizardry
5 Acres Australia: Priscilla Queen of the Desert show, area dedicated to Croods with a dark ride
_________________________________________________________________________________
Carnival 29 acres -Central America Caribbean and South American based (4 sub areas)

17 acres- Caribbean and Jurrasic World. Cuba , Jamaica, and Barbados represented. Should be a small beach where fireworks can go off at night with a nighttime party every night also with that Jurassic world is present
2 acres: Argentina Another dining area focused on romance, Original Spy ride
3 acres: Brazil....Carnival parade shopping and food
7 acres: Mexico which is mostly rides with A Book of Life dark ride, Journey of Puss in boots, El Dorado coaster, and Zorro show
______________________________________________________________________________________
30 acres The Next Frontier-Space and paranormal based and all indoors in the worlds largest planetarium.

In this area you have Voltron present as you fight to defend the galaxy, super mario galaxy and metroid shooter attraction, ghostbusters, a space race based ride. An ugraded version of Space Fantasy comes here.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
45 acre Imaginarium- Area dedicated to wonder and discovery for lands that don't take or fit into other areas at all. A land where the imagination takes control...Hyrule may move to Europa

10 Acre-Hyrule for Zelda (Deku Tree, Interactive Show, Crazy dark ride)
10 Acre-OZ
5 Acre-Dystopian Hotel based off Brave New World, 1984, Frahenheit 451 etc
10 acre-actual Whoville for All the Seuss things coming up
10 acre-Disaster area where you can experience crazy weather phenomenons (twister/disaster reincarnated)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Memory lane-14 acres

This land is dedicated to Universal past, present and future. This is home to the Universal version of the great movie ride with tributes to many different things. Museums on films, exhibits of influential people and previewing theatres would be in this area. This area is also home to VR versions of past attractions so they never go away and you can always experience them. Also this is where the grand night finale is held which is an 45 minute long celebration show with pyrotechnics, dancers, water screens wall screens to the level that even Disney is like wow.

Hotel in this area.

My thoughts on the 3rd park's IPs:

-DreamWorks land
-Sci Fi Land (Star Trek, Metroid, Star Fox, etc)
-Pokémon
-Fantastic Beasts
-Something we'd never expect ala 1939 Oz or LOTR or something

Completely disagree, that sounds horrendous IMO.

Edit: LotR is probably the only one that would sound good and fantastic beats would be what? Another New York area? The next move is to take place in multiple places, you can't have a land with all of that. Fantastic beats elements will probably just be incorporated into the new FF expansion. Also, a classic area like JW should be integrated into the park.

It's possible if they make a deal for the rest of the land nearby, but most likely we're looking at a ~140-150 acre park with 20-30 acres of future expansion land set aside. Maybe like 20-25% bigger than current USF.

As far as the fourth gate goes, I would really like to see Universal hit a home run with their in-park restaurants. I'd like to see something with the same level of theming and food quality of Mythos in each land. Regardless of what kind of transportation they add to bring guests to and from the newly acquired land, the park will a much longer trek to CityWalk than what we're used to. Hence my desire for some awesome restaurants.

There will be a new Citiwalk built at the South property.

Keyword here is Dream. That would make that the largest theme park not by size but per number of attractions alone.

I would argue that would be too small. Universal owns 475 right now. We are going to lose 20 for citywalk, 10 for parking, 5 for other transportation, and another 30 for resorts. That's 65 acres. Now they have to bring people in. A smaller park won't cut it as to I expect expectations to be really high after stars wars and Nintendo. Now add Universal trying to bring virtual line into the new result. They will need more space to hold people and allow them to explore and do something than just wait in line and I think that will be the biggest lesson learned from Volcano Bay. More Capacity and things to do is the most important for successful virtual queuing integration. I expect a theme park the size of IOA/USF combined.

I don't think it's a mistake they're experimenting with vertical design with SNW.

Guys guys guys! We're forgetting the only franchise in the top ten grossing Universal movies that's not yet represented at the parks!

1 Jurassic World - 2015 - $651,926,506
2 E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial - 1982 - $435,110,554
3 Jurassic Park - 1993 - $402,453,882
4 The Secret Life of Pets - 2016 - $368,362,470
5 Despicable Me 2 - 2013 - $368,061,265
6 Furious 7 - 2015 - $352,786,830
7 Minions - 2015 - $335,036,900
8 Meet the Fockers - 2004 - $279,261,160
9 Sing - 2016 - $270,329,045
10 Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! - 2000 - $260,044,825

I don't see it either, which is why I mentioned that Universal would have to pull off making numerous different options to do, which would be quite impossible.
I do believe that they will move completely away from the Minion/HRRR cattle gate queues. They will probably have a mix of Virtaul Queues and Multiple Pre-Show Queues like Disaster!, FJ, and Gringott's.

It's possible for it to be that large, but I think everything depends on what the "future plans" are.

They're probably planning an entire 2nd resort but it depends on 1) can they get the land (some of the other ~800 acres nearby) and 2) how to build it in such a way that you don't cannibalize attendance from IoA especially. If Jurassic is added to next park and Nintendo is boosting USF, IoA may lag a bit.

It's weird to say but if they get more land then the 3rd park may shrink a bit from the plans with just that 475 acres because they're probably thinking in 20-30 year terms here and with more land you're thinking about a lot more (i.e. 4th park and 2nd water park).

I like this idea a lot. I'm imagining Park 3 as something similar to MK both design-wise and theme-wise. Featuring some "general" lands like Sci-Fi Land and DreamWorks Land, but also some fully themed areas such as Pokemon and hopefully Middle-Earth.

I really really want Pokémon to have a large sized land here. I might be more excited for that than I was for HP.

I'd love a ChristmasTown. With a greatest hits dark ride. The soundtrack alone would be amazing. Frosty, Santa Clause is Coming To Town, The Little Drummer Boy, Rudolph.

Ooh! This does sound wonderful. I like these ideas that pull from the entire catalog.

I see a great ad campaign centered around the Grinch visiting and evaluating ChristmasTown like some modern day parks-blogger.

Oh duh.

Now that GMR is history, Universal should totally lock up the MGM Oz rights.

They are bound to utilize Wicked again in some fashion somewhere anyway, might as well do it right this time out and pair it with classic Wizard like nature intended.

A Sci Fi area with multiple IPs could probably match SWL. I'd love to see something like that if Star Trek is made available; you'd appeal to all age groups with something like that.

In terms of Sci-Fi, I can easily see Pacific Rim and even Battlestar Galactica come into there..but there is one IP that while I won't mention, has popped up before in the past.

It's one that, is Iconic; and that it is a global icon of multiple aspects. It'd also be a first, and that it hasn't really been done in a themed environment of any kind.

To be quite honest, I see Wicked for the entertainment complex in a strange way than in the park.

And that Oz, is in a viewpoint similar to Lord of The Rings, that is a pandoras box of IP love and hate.
