I'm REALLY excited! I'm very pleased with what we have to look forward to!

hatetofly, I think Fear Revealed XX will be an arrival show (maybe in the stage in front of Rockit). I don't think it's a Scare Zone.

Here are all the pics from the de-compiled flash of the update, Enjoy!

Nice! THANKS! :rep:

Ricky, I saw your Inside the Magic article. You also think Fear Revealed XX is a scarezone? It sounds like a show to me.

I'm thinking:
XX Fear Revealed = Reunion (Arrival) Show
HHN 20 Years of Fear = Reunion Scarezone
Horror Nights the Hallow'd Past = Reunion Haunted House

I transcribed all of the house and scare zone descriptions:
http://www.insidethemagic.net/2010/...hts-2010-theme-revealed-by-universal-orlando/

That was a lot of fast typing. ;)

I'm really liking this direction of HHN... no bad movie tie-ins and very little comedy. Seems like the event will be packed with scares - and I can't wait!

And a steampunk scare zone? That should be fantastic... and quite foggy.

great job on the typing and good recap of the site! its much easier to read! lol

I agree it's hard to read as a scarezone, but it is listed on the media site under the heading "Six Inescapable Scarezones", and it's one of only six things listed.......

Yeah I was wrong about "Fear Revealed." It is indeed a scarezone acording to the media site :p Maybe it WILL be a conbination... who knows? It did sound a lot like a show...

Anybody notice the exclusion of Rocky Horror? With no direct replacement?

We have Brian Brushwood as replacement, I guess... Maybe last year Rocky Horror wasn't so popular/succesful, or maybe they wanna focus more on HHs and SZs, or maybe the budget won't allow a third show for this year?

Maybe thats where they are putting the magician this year instead of pets?

Yeah, on the media site you can see more of "Fear" on the new videos! and there's some new pics too!
Just got the two vids on youtube

I'm loving the ideas being used this year. It truly feels like a tribute to the fans. I don't see one SZ or house that I'm not excited for this year. Should be a great one.

Ok here were my predictions from last week, how close was I? Pretty much on the money
And the ZAP code was right on the money:

1. A prison house - either Hellgate or Shadybrook
2. A zombie house - similar to Deadtropolis/Doomsday
3. A tribute house - Parade building and it will encompass the WHOLE building, its a huge house thats why the floats will be in the scarezones.
4. A ghost house (like Paranormal Activity)
5. A museum house - Maybe the Mummy or Universal's Museum of Horrors (from HHN 1-3)
6. An orphanage house - Cindy's house in the Jaws queue
7. A greek house - Minotaurs, medusa etc...
8. A military based house - This is Shadow Creek and it will be a military hospital or another Thing sequel house.

Doubtful.. very few of the day attractions are open in the evening, but it would be another good crowd eater and I hope they open it.

Probably on Peak night it will be open and non-peak nights it won't be.

Question: Anyone have an idea of when Annual PassHolders will get their maps and the info for hopefully special nights to come in early like last year?
