We are getting some new theming, reskins and potentially a new show in the current theater. My hope is it comes with a new parade.

I'm trying to reign in expectations for what'll open in 2024. Never say never, just when the concept art comes out and there's no flat ride I don't want riots. Hell, Universal could still add a ride at the last minute, but nothing has changed in the design from what I've heard.

When it leads to unrealistic expectations I always want to correct it. Plus there's tons left to speculate beyond "will there be a flat ride".

I get that, but at the end of the day I can't really blame people for wanting more. They'll speculate regardless.

Permits look promising for Fievel’s replacement being all new, but rumored to be a play area.

New theme for existing coaster.

Do not expect anything big for back area of KidZone. Might be cool, but definitely not a ride.

I don’t know. But probably not big, so maybe that leaves space for later. Maybe.

In any case, I haven’t heard anything about any current future plans for the area after 2024.

I suspect better theming, naturally due to the properties possible included. Hopefully a new show is better than what’s been there.

Even with all of the "insiders" commenting here....I can't help but feel like this project has not been totally fleshed out. Please don't berate me for this opinion...I just feel like Universal will put more effort into this than they are being given credit for.

Not disagreeing but makes sense when all resources are at a new theme park. I’ll take this but add a dark ride in the future, preferably 2026/2027.

I think there will be good effort going into theming and finally giving the area a sense of place. I don’t think any of the effort will be put into new attractions unless you count maybe a few meet and greet stations.

I was going to say the same thing especially with no concept art officially released by Uni. We truly don’t know everything they have planned for this project.

That's why I don't see the big deal about new ride speculation. We don't know anything about this project yet officially and things can always change. Just keep your mind open to the worst case scenario and we'll be alright.
