Just curious, but when people say Comcast is a bad company, what does it mean? That their 'products' are bad, or is it just because their bad customer service?

The cable division is what makes people hate them so much.

Are you sure? I think it might be the parks division. Those jerks are always closing attractions and then making you wait 10 whole months for their replacement

Both. They are expensive and not the best game in town, although in most of their markets they are the ONLY game in town (monopoly) and their customer service is horrible. People had to literally claim they died to get Comcast to cancel their service, there was a famous case last year of an 18 minute exchange trying to cancel service and I personally know someone who's internet cuts out almost nightly thanks to an issue in the Comcast wiring outside his apartment, something they caused, that they refuse to come back and fix.

Just an update. The description of this permit that was filed for "interior demo" has now been changed to include some exterior demo as well.

I would think that was an incomplete application prior to this. They have always needed to tear down facade and some walls.
