Well personally thinking I'm still curious what the hell that mystery shop window that Teebin pointed out to us last week is, I would of thought SOMEONE from OU was on there last night and would have checked it out for us.

So were a few of us... of a few windows... but they were not mentioned. The sliding chess scene was a surprise to me.

Team Member previews begin in less than 15 minutes. @Struvebrandon will be tweeting live from the event.

Also, it sounds like Brian Orndorf will have a photo and video update from today (not the TM Preview). Watch his Twitter for that: http://twitter.com/briandom

Dude, thanks for always keeping us in the know about who to watch on Twitter :D I really appreciate it :rep:

I watched the video with Ellen, and the butterbeer is in a sort of mug that's made out of plastic that you can throw away, and it's bigger than that.

Those are probably the souvenir cups.

In this photo there's a store front that reads POT--ES. I think the fourth letter is an A but I can't make out the fifth one. Any idea what the sign says and what the shop is for?

and in this one there's another sign that ends with Shafts or Shufts. Any ideas what this one may be??

I think the first is"Potages" and the second is Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop

Teebin you're back! That wizard's chess display was nice :)

So, everyone, should we make a list of all the window displays we know of? or is that too tedious and boring for you guys?

Can someone recap me on everything major that's happened in the last few days?

Main things going on are previews. Yesterday was the International Pow Wow 2010 event where people from the travel/tourism industry go to visit. Some pictures have emerged, and even some video:

Also some reports have been posted. Here are some:

"Fj sign is fiberoptic, like tower of terror. Amazing. Nearly cried

We finally have theme park veterans talking to us... they know the terms... and they nearly cry. Now THAT is a theme park lovers report... and news indeed.

thnx for the pics DFB, their pretty tight.

and thanks to anyone who may have the answers.

Potages Cauldrons??

Ok that took about 90 minutes but I am caught up now I think. What makes me even more excited about this, is all the small details they are putting into this project. The wanted posters that are animated, animated shop windows, loads of merchandise, street characters, fiber optics in the signs, etc etc... Its really going to take me hours and multiple trips to catch everything by the sounds of it.

I love hearing some reviews from the previews and hearing its authentic, feeling fully immersed, and saying its one of the best themepark additions ever and no one has even ridden the main attraction yet. I mean does anyone else think, judging by early reviews that the bar has now been raised even higher for the FJ.

Right. Potages.. and Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop.... there you will see a quilled pen writing on paper... on a desk... all by itself. It is perhaps where a certain newspaper reporter purchased her famous writing instrument for writing her junk tabloid stories.
