Much of the UCPM III land is marshes/stormwater/drain/road-right-of-way land.
Some of the most valuable parcels are in the 2nd foreclosure case right now (since UCPM III's debt is secured against those valuable parcels).
If Universal acquires those parcels out of bankruptcy, then the rest of the land pretty much only has meaning to Universal (ignoring that one parcel in the southwest which is an obvious convention hotel site), and we'd expect them to be transferred to Universal at some point, probably as part of a settlement or post-lawsuit arrangement.
This is a map showing the 3 red parcels in bankruptcy. Assuming the foreclosure suit is completed in the next 9-12 months; Universal would have those 3 red parcels by early 2019.
