Nothing too exciting but a $10.3 million bond has been filed for construction of "Project 862". That seems like a lot of money for a restaurant, or am I wrong?

Is this for the Nascar replacement? If so, that sounds about right... it is a large building.

Would love a "world bbq" kind of place

American BBQ such as memphis ribs, Korean BBQ Bulgogi, Indian Style Tandoori, Brazilian BBQ, Japanese Teppanyaki, Cuban Pig, south east asian banana leaf grilling!

That to me would make for the best kind of BBQ!
