I doubt people are gonna remember the grand opening ceremony in a year or two, it doesn't really matter tbh.

This is more about the free publicity on Access Hollywood/Entertainment Tonight/local news/blogs/travel writers/etc. Why pay for ads when they show up and do them for free?

Found a decent video of the main event since the USH streams unfortunately had audio issues of the live feed to where only the audio on my left ear came out. You could probably overlay this audio with the Universal VOD since that one being streamed by the showrunners, it got Mario's entrance in full.

I want them to add a smash bros mini game where you can start fights with power band users in the land. a “Punched 5 people wearing a luigi band” stamp would be fire.

Thankfully for me, the spiciness is in a sauce cup, which means I can just skip the spiciness entirely, it seems.
