But seriously, I was picturing something moving guests sideways through scenes like Midway Mania, yes. Especially with all the initial talk about how Universal was sort of throwing this together quickly, and how it might be temporary-ish (which now seems not the case), and how little of the building they're actually using for the experience, my initial assumption was formed by the belief that Universal wouldn't be creating much in the way of environments for this attraction and would need to tightly-control where guests are looking. Hence, moving sideways looking into a scene, rather than moving through a scene.
