Usher and Mary had about the same when all was said and done. The Usher was also not featured in any of the major tv commercials, radio ads or billboards. Mary was in all three of those media forms.

Also the deity concept worked for Mary because they went all out and not only did she have her own house, but don't forget there were Bloody Mary Appearances in multiple formats throughout every house.

I already addressed this, go up a few posts - I misinterpreted the point being made.

Also, I wouldn't consider Mary a deity. She was constructed very similarly to the "old" icons with a human identity.

Really? I felt she was probably the most supernatural of them all. Considering she lived in a mirrored twisted world of our reality and is an age old ghost legend.

It is really splitting hairs anyway. They are all supernatural and hold evil powers as characters to manipulate things postmortem.

Same. Best deal they've had for me in the years I've attended.

I'd like to see all the same pass options they had last year come back. I think the Fear Pass with Express was and still is one of the better ideas.

Honestly I would like them to do away with the passes, IMO, they devalue the tickets worth and would make for less crowded houses.

Ditto. Will work perfectly for my Epcot F&W trip starting 9/26. Eat during the day. Scare it out at night. :)

That's never going to happen.

Yea. I'm headed down and probably doing Not So Scary my first night, then HHN on my second two in October. And Rush of Fear makes that so much cheaper.

4-6 weeks before we get a teaser. California will probably start getting concrete information in about 2 or 3. Their A&D team likes them more.

Murdy's already giving maze hints on his Twitter feed... he's even offering prizes to those who guess correctly (to be awarded upon the official reveal, of course).

Howz about HHN info now? I could go for that.

Bring back Usher and movie houses:

Cabin the the Woods
Trick 'R Treat
Gremlins
Drag Me to Hell
Slither (it's Universal)
Let Me In
Pan's Labrynth
Icon House

I know this goes against bringing the old icons back, but whatever. I'm a sucker for cinema-themes and personally didn't get my fill of the Usher.
