I've been lucky enough to go on Apollos Chariot, Nitro, and Goliath with the clamshells. Love those coasters, there just FUN.

Really the only coaster like that I have been on has been Nitro. Really the only big coasters I have been on are Goliath out at SFMM, Desperado and King Ka but never felt so out in the open as I did on the B&M. They are massively fun coasters

First time poster! It would be nice for BGT to go all out and just go Leviathan style. 300ft B&M

I believe he is meaning something faster than that. Cheetah really is no faster than Montu and Kumba. Hyper coaster type speed is most likely way he is meaning and what I would hope for

Shiekra really is the closest thing to a hyper that Florida has but I wouldn't really consider that in the same category

Yepp! I want a loooonnggg, airtimey coaster with no inversions lol. Ie..Apollos Chariot, Goliath, Millenium Force etc...

Obviously most of us favor a large coaster of some kind. But regarding the dark ride idea, I don't know how well it would fit at BGT. While the park needs a family ride, I don't think they should or will build one. The trend lately in Tampa is thrill ride(Cheetah Hunt, SheiKra, etc) or kids related(Madagascar, Seasame Street, Jungala). And I don't have a problem with that. Build more coasters and stuff for the kids, while maintaining their great animal encounters. Let their sister park, SWO, be marketed as the all round family park, while BGT is marketed as the thrill park with some kids friendly attractions. Just my opinion.

You build a Giga in BGT and it will have a greater impact on attendance vs anything that could possibly be added minus Middle Earth.

I actually found Millenium Force to be an extremely overrated coaster. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but after the first lift, it was just meh. Magnum is incredible though! I love every second of that ride.

Regardless, I'd me much more in favor of a B&M.

Magnum is incredibly awesome! If BGT doesn't get a clone of Millennium Force, I wouldn't mind one of Magnum XL-200 either! Hell for that matter, I'd even take a clone of TTD, Wicked Twister, or even Gate Keeper! I'm just greedy.

This gave me and idea. BGT should build the world's first inverted-wingrider-strata-coaster. And it should be dueling. Let's make this happen.

Seriously though, I sit squarely in the B&M camp for the parks next installation. Given the great track record the Busch parks have had with the company (and the less than stellar reliability of Cheetah Hunt) I'd be interested to see what B&M and BGT coiuld come up with.

I'd much rather Gwazi get a Rocky Mountain hybrid treatment than removed and replaced. It'll be a massive shame to see it gone :blank:

All though another coater would be great, I also think they should get al least 1 dark ride. Questar & Akbar wouldnt be considered dark rides, would they? I thaugh they were just simulators. They have the 1 similar to Spiderman in Virginia, so why not bring it doen here? Other thatn the 2 theaters they have, it'd be nice to have a few indoor things to do to take a break from the hot sun.

It ran really great for us when we visited last month and felt a little faster to me also. Not sure if it just seemed that way or really was running a little quicker but I really enjoyed it.

I just cant wait for them to build a new ride whatever it is so all the hype will wear off from CH & pull people away from it so it doesnt have 2 plus hour waits!

5 min wait at about 4pm last time we went, granted it was early this past March on a Tuesday afternoon, I was kinda shocked how quiet the park was
