A stray powerade bottle that lingered in the almost finished phase one too long, that's the short of it.
:sneaky: Come on guys, that was all an elaborate product placement scheme by UOR!
Powerade is a Coke product.

Here are the infamous pictures of the bottles, and the day they finally went up on lifts to remove them... as you can see... everything was nearly completed by this point.
Aaaah... this is what I was looking for. Note the post like foundation thingys in the foreground. They haven't done spit for the amount of steel yet to be raised. This is going to be New York style epic in size.
