Holy crap DC is expensive. I only go during Florida Resident specials and do not do the dolphin swim (already done it so don't matter to me) and it's only like $149... and remember DC includes all you can eat free meals and more importantly, all you can drink free beer.$17 more than Aquatica and $5 more than Disney's water parks. Huh. I really expected more.
Fun fact, but Discovery Cove is $249 for a day package and $429 for the all-inclusive dolphin package. That's what a boutique water park ticket costs. For the moment, Volcano Bay is clearly not trying to be that.
I might have to retract part of that. There's a lot more variability in DC prices than I thought. I think regular prices are $259/179.Holy crap DC is expensive. Oh yea, forgot about the extra park tix perks since I have APs for them already and never use them.DC also includes SeaWorld and Aquatica incl. parking for a week (or is it 2 weeks?) - and BG Tampa for $20 more. Plus the food/drink for the day at D.C. Is actually a pretty solid deal Tbh
I think it's like reserved areas on the beach/around wave pool? What is premier seating? Pretty sure I saw something about seating as an upcharge on one of the blog post or something?
I can't wait for the 2 story cabana pricing to come out... definitely getting one of those for our group at HHN weekend
I have Premier and I doubt I'm going more than once per year. There's no incentive for me to spend $150.If you go twice in a year its more expensive then upgrading if I understand correctly?
It's 99 to upgrade from 2 to 3 park AP. So if its $62 for a one day....doesn't it make sense to upgrade your AP?
Apologies if I missed something...
It is kind of like spending 50 extra bucks for 31 extra days, since the only real difference is no blackout days.I have Premier and I doubt I'm going more than once per year. There's no incentive for me to spend $150.
Couldn't see this posted elsewhere. Sorry if it has been. That's quite big isn't it?
Ya I don't mind that since it's only 20-40 dollars for an express.Universal's gonna be rolling in the $19.99's and $39.99's for sure.
I think depending on location those might be in "MK cabana" level pricing.
