I pray that the eddie solo is not a mannequin. Just have an actor up high like they did for the dancers in Hellbilly deluxe. Don't do a mannequin.

Wait what??!! That was a PROJECTION??!! The woman with the violin up high on the boat? No way! Also, definitely an actor for this.. DEFINITELY! This conversation has me so excited! They need to announce this! I may have to watch the season again..

I’m ok with projections or actors. I just hate the mannequins in the stranger things houses. They never look good and it takes away from the scenes.

The scareactors in the first Strangers Things house looked very similar the characters from the show. Even on walkthrough videos, it's pretty incredible to see

Maybe they're referring to the effect that produced her "transformation". Focused lighting, projection. I can see there being a mix-up.
The best ever use of a mannequin, in my opinion, was the Grabber from the kitchen scene of The Black Phone.

If done well, the Eddie guitar scene could be an all-timer.
In my mind, it would be a "walk-around" prop where it's plopped in the middle of a room and you have to walk completely around it.

I think it will be a walk around room in some capacity but I don’t think they’ll make the mistake of doing a mannequin this time around. Picture the violinist in DMP last year, something like that where it’s a person, just far away from you. Which to be honest would be the best bet from the scare actors safety perspective.

My guess is the scene will be based off the RV park and eddie rocking out ontop while we either go through the camper (into a portal/upsidedown, like the show) or we walk around like previously stated.
